Dogs/squirrels/stroller...If I hold the dogs leashes in one hand and push the stroller in the other, everything is fine. Until one dogs stops to pee or sniff something or tries to walk in front of the stroller. With only one had to control both dogs, I can't really get enough strength or control to make them stay where they need to. Plus they get all tangled. I've also tried leashing them to my waist and thus leaving both hands for the stroller, but that's where the running after squirrels becomes dangerous. The one time it happened, I couldn't let go fast enough. Ellie didn't tip over but the stroller was on two wheels for a second.
I like the backpack idea. My parents have one that I used while I was out there and it worked great. Off to ebay I go...
