How the heck can she be getting all these infections in her mouth/sinuses/whatever? What is wrong with the medical care in PR?! This is yet another reason you need to return to the States.
In any event, I hope Ellie gets better fast and doesn't ever have to deal with this again. What a stressful, horrible mess.
