Just had awkward conversation with a neighbor.  Apparently, our dogs have been pooping in their lawn.  Maybe - I don't know.  I used to walk them daily but everyone (and I mean everyone, including her) lets their dogs just run around the neighborhood.  I resisted, trying to take the high road, for 2.5 years, but a few weeks ago, I started just letting the dogs out in the morning to run around.  I feel bad but literally everyone does it here.

Anyway, I know she's right.  They probably have been pooping in her lawn, but it's hard for me to care.  She has a crazy attack dog that starts fights all the time, our other neighbors have a dog that came in our house and peed in the kitchen, and the other neighbors scratched my car so deeply that we had to actually apply paint because you could see the metal.

<sigh>  I can't wait to get out of here.

Okay, as someone who believes in being a responsible dog owner I hate to even say this, but how long are you still there for anyway? I'd be more concerned about the dogs being loose around her dog, but leaving that aside, I wouldn't stress too much about it. How much effort do you want to expend towards keeping up neighborly relations at this point? You've got enough to stress about.
