We are in DC staying at Ft. Belvoir.  We are having an absolutely fabulous time with the wedding familys - the Godfreys - who were with us in NC too.  They are a great family and tons of fun to be around and I feel totally relaxed with them.  Ellie and Frisco love them too which makes it even better.

It was great to see my parents for a few days - lots of fun for everyone.  Weather was great and I really enjoyed seeing my brother and family.  My niece was adorable and cute.  Our 36 hour Albuquerque-Denver-Colorado Springs-Philadelphia-DC trip was insane.  So glad that's over.  But we saw the new house (super cool! lots of room!  deer in the backyard!) and met the guy Joe will be working with).

Wedding tomorrow and then Joe starts class on Monday.

I still can't imagine doing all that traveling in such a short time!

I also wanted to say that I read your comment on Moxie as well and totally agree. We had such a great set-up growing up. I wish I had the same thing here. It makes such a difference.
