Birthday Party

ste_noniEllie's birthday party is on Saturday. I invited all 22 kids in her class plus one other friend's little girl. Two people have RSVP'd they are coming and 3 have said they are not. What is wrong with the other 15+ people? How hard is it to pick up the phone?
