Neurotic Bar Exam Ramblings

Actually, the neurotic part was me lying in bed at 3am trying to figure out the minimum score needed to pass on the essays. I thought I had it all figured out and then I re-read the scoring information and realized that everything is averaged and multiplied by a factor and so on so there's really no way to know. It just has to equal 280/400 to safely pass when it's all done.
So, I was freaking out yesterday because the exam is two weeks away and I still have a ton of topics to cover. I really got screwed the last two weeks, what with the sick kids staying home, the clients needing fingerprints, the job interview (still haven't heard anything; I'm wondering now if they have another candidate...) and so on. I spent all day Monday writing and prepping a motion for some other clients - needed to be done but took forever. So, I'm sort of freaking out. And the topic of Secured Transactions is really scaring me. I took a class on it my last semester so it was really fresh on the last exam and I remembering just flying through that essay. But now it's all a big muddle.
My thoughts at 3am centered around the fact that Secured Transactions may or may not be on the test itself but I *know* there will be 200 multiple choice questions and they are 50%. So, I need to start working on those. I'm thinking an hour a day between now and the test. Today's plan:
8:45-9:00 - review T&E outline
9:00-10:00 - property and evidence MC questions
10:00-12:00 - Contracts lectures
12:00-1:00 - lunch, fold laundry, watch White Collar
1:00-3:00 - more contracts
3:00-3:30 - walk dogs; more contracts
3:30 - breathe for a moment before I get the kids
