Odds n Ends

Well, I was already for Tropical Storm Chris, but at the last moment, it veered north and it looks like it will miss us. We may get smacked with a tail end thunderstorm tonight or tomorrow but that's it. I guess it's good but I was sort of looking forward to a big storm.

I don't know why I think this is so funny, but I've discovered that our dogs swim in the pool in the backyard when we are gone. They love swimming in the ocean but I always thought they would just sleep while they were alone. I"m glad they are having fun swimming.
