Joe came out on the promotion to Lieutenant Colonel list today. Not at all a surprise, but I'm still very excited for him. No idea when he will actually be promoted. He's number 330 which means they have to promote 329 people ahead of him, but the number promoted per month varies greatly.
Did I mention there's a $600 a month pay raise? Very excited about that too.
