5:00 Wake up and get dressed. Get kids dressed.
6:15 - Leave house
6:30 - drop Frisco off at daycare and head to Ellie's scoliosis check with pediatric orthapedist
8:00 - arrive at doctor's after a few wrong turns. Sign in. Watch approx 1 hour of first Shrek movie, which I'd never seen.
9:00 - Fill out forms, go to cafeteria.
10:30 - return to doctor's office. Watch end of another Shrek movie (one where Shrek and Fiona? turn into people)
11:00 - Watch a cartoon movie with a bear and a deer with one antler
1:00 - Watch Stuart Little
1:30 - Get called into office
1:45 - Talk to doctor. He's very nice and the technology he has in his office is pretty cool. Actually, other than the horrendous waiting time, the entire experience is pretty good. Although people basically move intot he waiting room - blankets, snacks, etc.
1:55 - Ellie does not have scoliosis. No further X-rays needed unless we see any major changes in her back.
2:00 - leave doctor's office 6 hours after we arrive and head home.
3:00 - pick up Frisco.
3:15 - arrive home.
As I said today on Twitter, while this doctor's office was actually really nice, the insane alck-of-appointment system really makes me miss American medicine.
