ste_nonifor me to apply for a job in Washington DC, right? I mean, the soonest we would be there is in 8 months. I probably should just forget it but there is an opening for a "National Legal Service Director" working with immigrant children in need.
I've been thinking about working with immigrant children ever since that horrible report was published by (totally forgetting who - Lutheran somebody) almost two years ago. Jonquil posted about it here on LJ. I'm not perfectly qualified - probably slightly underqualified but that might be good. But is it even worth it when I will be here for a while.
I mean, nothing says Joe and I have to move at the same time but I don't think I want to move without him. At least not for very long.
