I hope it all goes well for you, Stephanie. Is decluttering, and then getting a cleaning service to come in and do the big stuff at all feasible? I'm just thinking, because I know how hard it was to keep my house show-ready, with kids. Realtors don't want to discourage interested parties, so they expect you to be ready to be out at fairly short notice. When are you going to see your parents? It would be nice if the house was up for sale while you were out of it.
