Over the last few weeks, the buttons on my iPod have quit working.

Luckily, I bought Apple Care when I got it. So I called Apple and today my box arrived in which I will send the Pod back to them and they should send me a new, working one.

But, the DHL guy who dropped off the box drove *across* my lawn. Not straight across, but enough that there is no more grass in a strip about 8 inches from the driveway. So, when I was arranging for DHL to pick up my iPod tomorrow, I mentioned the driveway.

I was surprised tonight to get a call from the local DHL office apologizing. I told them I didn't really *want* anything, I just wanted to complain and be heard. The guy i talked to was really nice. He apologized and said that they appreciate hearing complaints.

In all, I was impressed with their customer service. Hopefully I'll have my Pod back soon and all will be well.
