I Should Just Turn of the TV

WARNING: This is me venting!

I'm leaving in 5 minutes for the pre-deployment briefing for J's unit. Of course, he won't be there because he's still working. This is where I get his address over there and find out who to call if I have problems while he's gone. I'm not looking forward to it, but I need to go.

I'm watching CNN before I leave and I just want to SCREAM. Dead kids in Iraq, a dead medic in Israel, and it goes on and on. Who kills children? I hate everything about this war in Iraq. I hate that people are killing each other by chopping off heads. It gives me nightmares and I hate the idea of dying that way. It is so obvious to me that this was executed so poorly and then I heard some woman on Talk of the Nation today saying what a great thing the war was.

I know I should just walk away from the TV, and I guess I'm doing that now...

OK, I'm done now.
