Ellie and I took the dogs for our usual walk this morning. It was so beautiful - the weather was cool, the air was crisp, the wind was blowing gently. I'm hoping this means that fall is here to stay.
Okay, well, I guess that's it for now. I had something else to say but I can't remember what it was.
Oh, I remember now. We have 2 espresso machines, 2 grinders, and 2000 coffee bags in our living room. Joe is testing them out this week and then he and his friend Eddie will begin installing them in the truck for the mobile roaster. The goal is to have it all up and running in the next two weeks. I'm very excited. Too bad I don't like coffee.
