My digital camera appears to have died this morning. Any suggestions on what new one I should get? I'm mainly concerned that it be small and that it take those little movies.

Canon PowerShot A530! I just bought it myself. Or the Canon Elph.

That is what I have as well, and it works quite nicely. And it takes those little movies.

How do you transfer the pictures to your computer?

With a USB cord. Isn't that how most digital cameras do it?

Yeah, I just was wondering. My current camera uses a dock, which is nice unless you forget the dock. My dad's Canon (a really expensive one) has a card that you stick in a reader and no cords are needed. Ideally, I'd like one that's just a cord.

Your icons always make me laugh.

We love our Nikon Coolpix. We got ours four years ago and it still kicks ass. The newer ones are even better.
