House

It looks like we got everything we wanted with the house except that we have to spend an additional $100 a month on pool upkeep. I thought about protesting and just doing it myself but the pool has this complicated looking fountain, plus the owner wants it so I guess we'll do it. Anyway, the owner is going to put in a dishwasher and an air conditioner on the main floor and replace the ugly carpet in the upstairs rooms with either laminate wood (that looks nice) or tile. Either one is fine with me, although I like the wood better. We are supposed to sign the contract on Monday and move in on Friday. Our stuff arrives on the 12th.
